Nest" CLOCK with 14 naturalized birds on branches. - Lot 72
Nest" CLOCK with 14 naturalized birds on branches. The nest encloses the white enameled dial showing the hours in Roman numerals. It is presented under a glass globe (cracks). Late 19th century. Certain species of birds are now protected under Appendix II/B of CITES. But because of their age, our specimens benefit from the pre-CITES status which came into force in France on August 11 1978 (decree 78-959 of 30/08/1978). If the buyer is not a resident of the European Union, he/she must apply for a CITES export permit.
