Fish service consisting of 8 pieces of cutlery with forged silver handles and silver-plated metal blades (8 shovels and 8 forks, i.e. 16 pieces). The handles are decorated with foliate scrolls and stylized monograms. Shovel blades and forks with incised foliate frieze decoration. Minerve hallmark, 1st title. Master goldsmith's hallmarks: Louis COIGNET (hallmark with the initials "LC" and a sautoir chopping set), received in 1893 (on handles, blades and forks). L. shovels: 22.3 cm. L. forks: 20 cm. Gross weight: 938.5 grams.
