Angevin silver hand candlestick of the Louis XV period, with a filets contour tray resting on a frame.
Well hallmarked on tray, binet, grip and ring.
Note that the hallmarks on the plate are partially crossed out (probably under the Revolution).
Hallmarks for ANGERS 1756-62 and probable hallmark for ANGERS 1759-1760.
Master goldsmith's hallmarks: Jean JOUBERT, received late 1759.
