Carving set (same model as the previous lot) with ebony handles, silver ferrules and pommels (certified by a silversmith). Decorated with foliage scrolls and fleurons on an amati background. The carving knife blade is made of steel and signed “CAUJARD Orleans,” with the additional notation “Déposé.” Set consisting of 3 pieces (carving set + leg-of-lamb knife) presented in their original box from Caujard in Orléans. Length of pieces: 21.1 to 31.7 cm. Gross weight: 299.4 grams.
