CHRISTOFLE Silver plated cutlery set for 12 guests, "SPATOURS" model. It includes approximately 126 pieces: - 12 table spoons (L: approximately 20.5 cm); - 12 dinner forks (L: approx. 20.5 cm); - 12 dinner knives (L: approx. 24.5 cm); - 12 fish knives/spatulas (L: approx. 19.7 cm); - 12 fish forks (L: approx. 17.8 cm); - 12 cake/dessert forks (L: 15.8 cm); - 12 cake/dessert knives (L: approx. 19.5 cm); - 12 oyster forks (L: approx. 14.9 cm); - 12 teaspoons (L: approx. 13.5 cm); - 12 mocha spoons (L: approx. 10 cm); - 1 fish serving set, consisting of 2 pieces (L: approx. 22.7 and 28.7 cm); - 1 salad serving set, consisting of 2 pieces (L: approx. 25 cm); - 1 ladle (L: 31.5 cm); - 1 sugar tongs with rounded tips (L: 13 cm); Each piece features a trilobed handle/spatula adorned with a double fillet along the edge (Louis XV style). Stainless steel knife blades signed in full: “CHRISTOFLE.” The cutlery sets also bear the company’s full signature, and some include the company’s hallmarks: (“OC” and a balance). The silversmith’s hallmarks: (a square with the initials “OC” and a chess knight in the center) are used on most pieces, employed by the house between 1935 and 1983. In used condition (some need cleaning). Each piece is in its original CHRISTOFLE case (in used condition). The serving pieces are in an anti-tarnish pouch labeled: “Pacific anti-tarnish fabric—exclusive to Christofle...”.
