Edouard CORVASIER for ODIOT. Set of 13 vermeil entremets-cheese knives, gold-on-silver blades and handles, "GRIMALDI" model. Richly decorated with acanthus leaves on the attachments and fillets of pearls on the handles. Medallions bearing stylized interlaced monogram "SW"(?) Minerve hallmark 1st title (blades and handles). Master goldsmith's hallmark: ("EC" and sword?) for Edouard CORVASIER, a Parisian cutler subcontracted by Odiot (active between 1863 and 1880). Signature on each blade in full letters: "ODIOT". L: 20.7 cm approx. Total gross weight: 742.2 grams.
